Hmm, probably me but I can't find the option to turn off 'Notify me when a reply is posted' [to a thread I've started or contributed to] by default (currently it is on by default).
Is there one (want to avoid filling the email in-box with even more stuff if I can help it!)

The Profile settings have changed slightly after the upgrade.
You should find the setting in
"Profile" - "Profile Settings" - "Always notify me of replies"
By default it's set to yes, but if you change it to No, then click Submit button you should be sorted?
If not, let me know.
