And to divert from this thread (WHERE ARE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WISHING SALLY A HAPPY BIRTHDAY???) I got my copy of The Blue today and found the picture of Mrs and Miss C. But there are lots of errors in this edition (from an OB perspective). Should I tell someone.................?
