Did you leave CH in 1998/1999, or know someone who did??
If so, there's a CHA "10 Years On Reunion" on SATURDAY 10th October at CH. These reunions are a great chance to catch up on what all your friends (and enemies!) have been doing in the last 10 years - feedback is always great for these days, if you fancy going please do check out the CHA website http://www.chassociation.org/events/index.php#10 - you can order tickets online at http://www.chassociation.org/shop too.
PASS THE WORD TO OTHER OLD BLUES.....currently there's pretty low uptake, and this might lead to it not happening, so if you know anyone who may be interested then do let them know - ta!

Probably obvious, and apologies for mentioning it if done, but has anybody with facebook (I don't have it) contacted somebody like Great Plum who is from this era? I don't think he visits here as often as he used to. Fatherhood and all that!
He will probably have an impressive network of contacts if he is anything like my daughters.

Well, Josh didn't get in touch with me... I had known about this for a while...
There is a facebook event - I let as many people know as poss. http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/even ... 88&index=1
However, I don't think that many people are coming because:
1. The cost - £15 per head doesn't sound a lot but if you take your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/significant other with you - that's £30 to see your mates that you could see down the pub! The thought of seeing a refurbed boarding house doesn't hold that much appeal to my generation as most of us have seen one at and OB's day etc.
2. With my generation, most people have kept in touch with who they want to keep in touch with - with email / facebook etc, it's much easier...

FYI, this event got cancelled in the end due to lack of interest - just not economic for the number of people (single figures I think)
So, if you did pass the word, pass the cancellation word!
