I see that Joseph Launchbury has been selected for the England under 16 Rugby squad. Congratulations!

Joe plays No8/lock and is in the "long list" of 60 from whom 22 will make the England U16 Squad and a further 22 will make the England A squad.
Cross one's fingers that he will become fully fit in time for possible selection.
