going back to the alcoholic matters and matter of antimatter etc....I personally don't think that the holes in the cheese that is the brain in my case is caused by TOO much alcohol - more by a SEVERE LACK OF IT!
I have been testing a theory - as I am having trouble sleeping again - that a shot of alcohol, even though it gives me a massive headache - is actually worth the pain as I gain on the sleep.....
However, my resources are low here, and I would (dear all brothers and sisters in the fraternal sense) - like your opinion on what in the smallest amount (preferably non fizzy) works best as an aid to sleeping.... I would prefer it also that you have of course all tested this particular beverage before sending it to the mutt (mupet) who has asked for it...
answers to my email would be fine - as it is likely that there will be pages of asnwers from you all - and I have daughter home for W/e so won't be online!
Thank you all

Never heard of it
Sounds dodgy
I always hanker after trying Cointreau or something like that at Xmas but did try a bit of Grand Marnier and hated it
Too sweet and goo-ey!
Those drinks smell lovely but taste rank and probably make you ill
Better to stick to Gin and dry martini or a good Whiskey with a bit of water or a bit of good French wine - Rhone valley of course or a Grand Vin de Bordeaux

Not such fun, I know, but I find that the best sleep inducer is a sticky green liquid called Night Nurse. Mind you I sleep very easily except when I have a cold (like now), so it is possible that by simply dealing with the cold symptons it promotes a very deep sleep. Definitely works for me though.
