I personally think girls' legs can never be "too long"..
The longer the better in my eyes. There is such wonderful mystery in letting the eye (or better still the hand) start somewhere down by the curve of the ankle and travel north by way of deliciously shapen calf muscles to the boundary of decency generally located somewhere in the region of the knee. After that, one enters a region of exotic and erotic mystery which intensifies with each passing centimetre. The longer the journey thereafter, the better in my humble opinion.
