...and when you type in some English, use the on-line translator to translate it, and then get it translated back into English and end up with some strange gobbledy-gook which is supposed to be English!! Haven`t tried with other languages , but I`m sure the end result will probably be the same!
Has anyone tried using text speak???

On the same subject......

Did you read last week about the N.H.S. sending doctors notes on tape, abroad to have them typed up because it was cheaper ?

Apparently, the resulting reports were completely 'cocked-up' and could have spelt death for some of the patients.

Yes I did - worryingly local hospitals that we use are doing it also. Makes us unconfortable, escpecially with other large organistations bring the work home.

When did we as a society decide that we would rather get others to do our dirty work than do it ourselves? why do we do we need to import labour?

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for open borders and I think having a multicultural society is fantastic, but I just think there is something deeply wrong with global economics.

Incidentally wh ydo fully qaulified Doctors have to work in McDonalds because the UK won't accept their qualifications? Protectionism?
