I guess the trumpet soloist is going places musically, in fact all four sound to me as if they could make profesional musicians.

Also good to hear a jazz guitar solo in it... when I was at the school, most of the guitarists in big band were reluctant additions...

Hi, the guy on alto here is me - and theres another video of us playing sing a song of song by the legend kenny garrett uploaded by the same guy (the trumpet player)
we havent been together long but we are looking for some works/gigs outside school and any advice/ info would be much appreciated - our teacher is currently Mr Mornington Lockett just google him to check out his incredible playing!

You could try a PM on this site to "seb", he hasn't been on here since 2008 but might get a message via e-mail. You can do some background reserach on him by googling "Sebastian Scotney". He is well versed on the London Jazz scene.
If you wish to move further afield Tim Brickel is a jazz drummer in Leeds and you could try and contact him via the Yorkshire Old Blues (He attended their last get together).

Jess Greenfield, who was two years below me at school is very busy gigging at the moment - she sang at our wedding... She first 'sang live' at my 18th birthday party before singing with the big band in the summer... I can give you details if you like - she's been at the hard grind of the music industry for a few years now!
