Does whiskEy come in a single malt variety?

The Whisky Awards were last night, but unfortunately we couldn't go, we went to the London Racing Club cheltenham preview where Barry chaired the panel and was rewarded with ....a bottle of Glenlivet.

A nice tribute to Neill, Barnes Mum.

I think you'll find that even though us more senior OB's are somewhat acidic and do tend to openly speak our mind, we are STILL gentlemen, as instilled in us with proper discipline at Christs Hospital.

Even at 62, I will still stand for a pregnant woman on a bus.

Sadly, the kids of today won't even stand for us slightly more experienced and older generation.

I thought I recognised him from somewhere! I should have introduced myself!

I`m so pleased the weather stayed decent for everyone today.

I was so glad to meet Barnes Mum and Louise, both of whom look well and happy !
It was a very good day.

The Bouquet was really because I thought she had done such a lot "Above the call of Duty" for Louise and keeping us all in touch.

I have a photo --- taken by TBA, perhaps JR will tell me how to publish it on this Thread.
