Name That Bocker!

Can anyone remember a bocker with flat cap, grey hair, roundish, friendly face, an accent I am sure Richard Ruck modelled his accent on, Always an extremely thin roll-up fag in his mouth, always seen leaning on his rake somewhere along the senior house side of the avenue.
As far as I could see, he never did any work at all - he was more like a sort of living statue that you could talk to.

Well, he did have a distinct burr, if you understand my meaning, and I did say that everyone loved him on account of the fact he was so completely lazy, plainly no career prospects, and I always fancied a quiet life leaning on a rake or mowing the lawn on one of those massive mowers that old men race (on another website)
I didn't mean any offence, but you did give me a eulogy on a certain Cutler, no?

Just wondering how you could detect an accent on the internet, though....

Are we talking about Rudolph here?
Big bloke, big red nose, famous for rake-leaning and jawing, definitely not a retired CEO of ICI?

If my memory serves me well I'm sure I recall you talking in a deep Somerset accent while at school - can't be sure whether it was put on for comedic effect or if you really spoke like that.
