Congratulations to Jonathan and Chloe

Congratulations to Jonathan Eastburn (PeA/GrW 05-07) and Chloe Mahoney (ColB/GrE 05-07) whose engagement will be announced in the Times tomorrow. Ever the romantic, Jonathan took Chloe to an unknown destination - it turned out to be Venice, but Chloe didn't know that until she was in the departure lounge at Gatwick - and, having procured a bottle of fizz and a gondola, knelt down in the boat to propose and give her a ring.
