I did the Mel's Milers 10k today, which starts in the Quad and goes out around Big Side then along the old railway line to Southwater and back to the quad via the Western Avenue. It's a good friendly race and CH looked lovely in the Spring weather. So those of you of a running persuasion put a note in your diary for next year, it's usually the last Sunday of March or the first Sunday in April.
