Death of John Ddungu

I very much regret to say that
John Ddungu (CH 05-07) was found dead in his room at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, on 27 February.
His mother pays tribute to him in this press report:

First to pay respects to a young man I never knew, but a sad loss,
Second, I must be getting old, I thought "how on earth in a centenarian's mother going to comment......."
