Well.... possibly. If my radiator and exhaust are fixed on time then I might be there. If so, the plan is to see retreat and have a long pint (possibly some foodage too) at the Bax then return to Brighton. Unless there's anyone I know that I could stay with, it's not really worth hanging around for the whole event. Don't worry John, the flag will be flying if the Jeeves arrives!

I've thought I probably won't go... the Bax evening has less appeal as it is really for younger old Blues (I feel old now!)

Can anyone just turn up and park on Back Ave? I'd quite like to hear a Beating the Retreat again...

That seemed to be the norm last year - Drive in and park in the visitors car-park near the tuck-shop, although you might get accosted by the C.H.S.S. :twisted:

Yes - term ends the day after tomorrow. There may not be an Eastburn at CH for another 50 years or so .......
