Exactly so! In every part of the forum we can create some diversion! 
Just place a note to that effect in the original thread saying "Divert" or some such and then add whatever you want in the Diversion thread without creating a fence - i.e. anyone can jump over it if they wish, but the choice is theirs. No offence meant!
