Sorrry to hear your news that a little one will not be being sick all over you, depositing liquid and smelly brown stuff all over you, waking all and sundry at 4 am ........ My commiserations
You simply don't know what it is like to be a granny (and nor do I)

But hopefully sometime in the future under more positive circumstances.
Until then, it's one thing less to worry about. And maybe your son will now be a little more selfish with his reproductive matter!

Have I missed something? Do I take it that young master Comber has been sowing his rolled oats?

He won't be sowing any more oats while he is with the current girlfriend - unless she decides to stop taking her precautions!
And yes it has taught him the probably hardest way a very important lesson - it has been a very tense 10 months ( the pregnacy it self seemed to take about 18 months! )
So we are all taking a deep breath and preparing instead to see the grades Daughter gets for A levels and what she can get through clearing - so if I am not around in August from the 17th on wards - don't worry - I will be charging around the country with her looking at offered uni places!! (or not!!!!!)
I have decided that I would prefer to be 50 ish before I have grandchildren - so any they procure before then can go back from whence they came!!!!

My mother has just become a granny at the ripe old age of 47. My sister is 22 though.
