Anybody heard the Headmaster, Clerk and Treasurer might all be leaving at once this summer?
If true - any ideas about why?

Knew the H.M. was leaving - thought it was next year, though.
Didn't know about the other two.
I wonder when C.H. will see its first headmistress at Horsham...

The Head Master retires in July 2007. The Clerk also retires then. The Treasurer has announced that he will also stand down at the same time.
Please let us not have any conspiracy theories.

That's going to be a huge change all in one go - not a conspiracy theory, but I why all three in one go? That's a huge upheaval....

My apologies to Julian - HowardH from Horsham has his finger on the button it seems.
Some clarity from the top would help ensure conspiracy theories don't engulf the greater School community within and outside the ring fence.
Conspiracy was the last thing on my mind when I asked the question - more the future welfare of everybody associated with CH, now and in the future.
That is why I intentionally added the phrase "if true", which apart from being a year out, now appears to be the case.

sir, that's just asking for conspiracy theories.
so here goes my first:
they were all caught gang-sodomising a llama in the lodge, and subsequently fell out of favour with the local freemasons. they were asking for it really, everyone knows that goats are, infact, the preferred recreational animal of the Rose Croix Chapter.

You can take the freemason out of Sudan, but you can't take Sudan out of the freemason.

My guess is that there's an Enron type scandal in the offing...

I am not in anyway propounding a conspiracy theory however it is very unusual for an organisation that is functioning correctly to lose three key members of it's management structure at the same time.
Is there no succession plan in place?
