Thje composition is very good and the subject matter is very unusual, I think it could be a winner.

Not sure what the figures and percentages in Australia now are, but not so long ago one didn't have to pay back anything until you earnt above a certain figure pa. Scientists are so poorly paid that it was looking as though many would go into retirement without having been required to repay a cent.

The lower income limit has, of course, been dropped, to accommodate us :(
