I notice in todays Daily Sexpress, (Saturday), that many of the climbers on Everest at the time have been sharply criticised for ignoring the climber who was in trouble and subsequently froze to death.

I trust this does NOT include our gallant climbers !!

I think you will find "ours" climbed a different face of the mountain to the stricken climber.

Who was climbing which side when is hard to unravel, but when I looked into this I had the impression that the timing was also a few days out.
