Josh - do you have a copy of Music for the Festive Year - I sang on it and my copy has disappeared!

Matt.. if Josh doesn't answer, I have got a copy of it which I could copy for you?
In fact I might even have a copy - I went through a phase of copying my favourite CDs so that I could use the copies in the car. I've also got it on my MP3 player...
Let me know if I can help, anyway
Kerren
Hi Kerren,
that would be great if possible - I sang on that CD and it's one of my faovurites!

I detected a certain CH geekiness in myself when I was flipping through the little "Kings and Queens" supplement in last Sunday's Observer.
Edward V1 - Factfile - What Did He Leave Behind?
"Composer Thomas Tallis's appointment to the Chapel Royal. A decision that the young music-loving monarch was surely involved in.. blah... blah..." (wince: in which the young monarch, etc)
Never mind the grammar, though - what about CH? Not a mention! Tsk, tsk, Observer!

"Baldrick, you wouldn't recognise a cunning plan if it painted itself purple, and danced naked on top of a harpsichord singing "Cunning plans are here again.""

..if you don't walk on the grass at anywhere that looks "official" for fear of getting told off.
..you sometimes want a fish finger sandwich for breakfast (anyone from 80's CH will understand)
..when singing "Away in a Manger" all you can think of is Thorn A singing their "own" version at the Xmas meal in Dining Hall.
..when watching any Harry Potter film, the scenes in Dining hall look strangely familiar (apart from the floating candles...)

Rumour has it, Dave, that the film company responsible for the Harry Potter movies did approach CH as a potential film site, but were turned down because of the excessive public interest anticipated afterwards. The school could have made a mint.....

Tommy ---
Your remark about the Grass, strikes home !
At the Celebration of CH's 500th, all the Old Blues were invited to be photographed in front of the Founder's Statue
I felt entirely guilty, walking over the Quad Grass ---- and many OBs present expressed the same feeling !!!
