Please could you repunctuate this a little - it is giving me delusions of grandeur which my wife says is making me quite impossible!

Is that any better?

I hadn't even noticed that one! It must be the lack of cigarettes.

Do you miss cigarettes?
I am really glad not to need one any more
But when I watch Bette Davis or Marlene Dietrich or even better, Robert Mitchum in a 1940's film noir I do miss them just a bit

Wow!
Well done trying Sean
Just dont drink with anyone who smokes for about 3 weeks
Good luck - I hope you kick the habit
Apparently after 7 years your lungs are lovely and pink again
And when you drink the hangover is not so bad, I promise!

Well the little money box will go to funding one hell of a blow out with lovely pink lungs and a reduced hangover.
I think I am over the worst for the day, I still want one but now it is more the habit that hurts and not the craving
Support very much appreciated

I found that it was the habit rather than the addiction that was so hard to break
You must always be on your guard that after the first few weeks off fags that you don't kid yourself that just one puff will be Ok
I promise you - one puff will bring you right back to being a full time smoker again
Another thing to remember is that EVERY DAY IT GETS EASIER TO STAY OFF THEM!
So please don't give up the non smoking way of life

But not a problem for a non-smoker 'cos they don't smoke.

They are the lucky ones
And I feel lucky having now given up for over a year
