You've got it in one, Amy - but it get's harder for you to solve, rather than easier, as time goes on.
Now if you want to get to the bottom of it, try answering the following questions:
1. what is the significance of the topic's title?
2. why would someone think it a good idea to "split it off"?
3. why all the references to Cornwall?
4. .... and who might be the sailor?
5. .... and is he trying to hide/reveal something he has been doing?
6. Have there been any similar goings on? (The Old Blues Day topic, perhaps???)
