Yes - a number of yachts (including the sail-training ship, Lord Nelson, are especially equipped to cope with wheelchairs.

Young Old Blues are taking to the water again with me (brave souls!), on three occasions in the summer. All trips are to France - one down as far as La Rochelle.

There are one or two vacancies left and no costs other than travel and a share of living expenses. If there is anyone who might be interested, please PM me.

OK - still a couple of places left for July 8th-15th. North Brittany probably but could be Scilly. Cost to young OB? ... merely their share of food, fuel and mooring charges (not more than £65) plus return fare to Falmouth. For pics of boat etc, see earlier on this thread.

Ok - trip to La Rochelle 17-26th July now full.

One (female) place left on N Brittany trip (8th - 17th July) No cost other than return fare to Falmouth and share of food, fuel and moorings. Any takers?

I'm still stuck at sea - in L'Aberwrac'h - with just one remaining YOB (Jonathan having now left to go to Taize with the chaplains). However, I have just found this link to Chloe's pics of the YOB's trip to La Rochelle a couple of weeks back. I hope you enjoy them.

Terrific photos, David, but you must have climbed an awfully long way up the mast to get that last one...

One thing I would say about Flushing is that I am glad I don't have to park there!
