When you refer this one mention to the AG that they will need a bigger courtroom for Dobbie's hearing.

It is at the Hove Trial Centre, Lansdowne Road, BN3 3BN.
It is in court 4 at 10.30. Court 4 is on the ground floor. As you walk towards the back of the building from reception it is the first court room on the right after you go down stairs. There are seven seats just inside the door.
Karim will not be in the building. He is on a video link from the prison.
Do we know which prison he's in? Assume not local hence video link?

The list doesn't say so I would guess that he is in Lewes nick where he will remain until he is dispersed post sentence.

Why the videolink if he is local?
Thank you for your continuing legal narratives on these matters

They tell us that it costs £1,000 for every prisoner they take to court so they do videolinks instead. They say it is cheaper.
If Karim goes to court he may lose his cell.

I'm assuming that Court 4 will be almost identical to Court 2 in size, then.
I can clearly remember the Clerk telling myself and Richard, pre Husbands hearing, that the Judge was allowing the Jury seats to be used by members of the press and others.
Assuming Karim is being sentenced by the same Judge, I'm wondering if she had her knuckles rapped over her actions on Husbands 'big day' !

Husband was sentenced in court 4 John, not court 2.
Judges tend to keep their own court room.

It looks from Xhibit as though four victims have read their Victim Impact Statements.
Big prize coming up for Karim.
