No idea but it is the Counting House that hires and fires, not the CHAAB.
SR is on holiday so I assume things are piling up for her return.

The Counting House is not a body with an established reputation for management expertise. In any case, the only person to whom SR could have delegated is Sara and she ain't there no more. So for two weeks there has been no Chairman CHAAB (resigned), no Manager (resigned) and no Director (leave).
