But it doesn't all need to be read word for word. Most of it was dross anyway, just skip it of bring the thread back on track. I tried a few times myself with Ruth but failed

thats what happens the craving for fags goes onto something else-generally food as thats easy to have every time you have a craving! Most people i know who give up smoking put on loads of weight so be careful-you have beenwarned we do not want you turning from a smoking monster to a cookie monster ;)

There is a very cruel man in Burnley town centre who runs a donut stall. I swear ha sees me coming and starts some off knowing I cant pass him by!

Update..........

Day 7 3.10.06

Well I am still smoke free and proud of myself. It is one heck of a battle but I am winning so far. I am not strong enough to enter a room full of smokers but it will come soon.
