I know! AND someone's bidding on it. Actually I know who that is... a parent of a boy who has recently left. He has contacted me via eBay (seeing that I am a 'regular' there), to ask what my interest is in Christ's Hospital.

Absolutely charming and of enormous interest - but look how how the price is going already! The person bidding against me (an American, I think) seems to collect these little souvenir items but as far as I can see has never paid anything like this amount for one.....

School buttons are apparently the property of the school and therefore are selling as stolen goods on ebay.
