I puked out of the window on the CH special train and some poor sod stuck his head out three windows back just I let go with both barrels. He was covered in it to the amusement of everyone in the carriage

I didn't feel well and I couldn't get to the toilet in time, the idea was that it wouldn't hit anyone. The guy stood next to me tried stop the other guy opening the window but couldn't get his words out quickly enough

The look of shock on the poor sods face as he removed the obligatory tomato skins and diced carrots was something to behold

Wednesday 23:25ish.

Well I have not had a cigarette all day long and I am doing pretty well. I am feeling a little bit of a habitual pull but nothing too much. Lets see what tomorrow brings. There is nothing at all to fear, this was easier than monday was. Plenty of provocation from a certain daughter to start again. So far tha idea of that awful taste has put me right off.

Day 2 12:15ish
I have been up since 8am and am feeling fine today. The urge to smoke is still there but I am in control of it. The habit is there but nowhere near as strong as I was expecting. My daughter (15 years old and a drama queen of the highest order) tried her best to get me going again last night by dumping a load of problems on my shoulders. I just decided that her boyfriend is not enough to make me smoke again, come to think of it he isn't worth p**sing on!
I can't go back to smoking, you lot would never let me forget it.

Update.........

Day 3 13:00ish

Well I haven't had a cigarette yet. They are still on my mind but they are under control now. I don't reach for them as much as I used to. Here comes the weekend, hopefully this will be easy to get through but we will see. The fight continues...........
