Munch

Many years ago, while living in a mixed gender shared house in London, one flatmate (ex Cheltenham Lady) was asked by her partner to purchase some stockings (for his pleasure). When she expressed shock and horror at the very thought, he commented that Caroline and Henry (Joan, who used to do a fair imitation of Henry Cooper promoting Brut after shave) wear them, and look rather nice when they do. The Cheltenham Lady went shopping without consulting Joan or I, and returned with a pair of leg covers that my Grandmother might have worn. She was most disappointed by her partner's reaction when she first paraded around their bedroom. So, JR, if you ever feel the need to be cured of your passion ..............................

It's a thought, Caroline. I wonder if JR would consider traditional Aversion Therapy? However tastes do vary a lot in the world of stockings - I once knew a gay man who was reduced to trembling ecstasy at the thought of metal suspenders, as in those fifties corselette things.

What's your particular preference, JR?

Oh no! Here I go again and I swore I'd try to give up...
