No. Generally the Navy guys coming home just want a quick shag (well those who arent in a relationship anyway...) and dont treat women very well.

Being from an Army family I didn't want to say anything. So do you recommend New Zealand then?

Although I must admit, being in a wheelchair does seem on the face of it to rule out seeing a lot of the country which is a great shame

Yep - that just about sums it up. Guildhall Walk (and probably Gunwharf now) are rough as hell in the evenings at weekends/Fridays.

Yep - thank God. Worked there from March 1996 until Feb 2005. Am back "home" now in Dorset
