my spectacle/glasses case is made from woven Welsh wool - the sort of thing you buy in gift shops when on holiday....I've had it for years, since my Mum passed away in 1984, on the day of the last OG reunion at Hertford. In fact I had bought it for her some time previously..... and as a result of all of that it has great sentimental value to me now, despite the fact that now its beginning to look a bit tatty...

and yes Hillary, guess what, I still also have the peg bag which I made not much less than 50 years ago! We made things to last, in those days.....
