Where to watch the final?

At home with a pile of tinnies, with my wife lamenting the absence of Monsieur Chabal?

In the pub (but which one)?

At a South African friend's house?

Decisions, decisions.......

I wonder if she has an English grandparent...?

It's nice of ITV to allow a massive half hour build-up to tonight's final!

Great game, disappointing result. Well done to them for getting into the final, they did brilliantly.

Agreed - well done for getting that far, but real shame about the result.
I probably wouldn't have been fair justice for them to win, given their track-record over the past few years.
Hopefully by 2011 the team will have grown a bit more, and have built on the current run.....

Well done England - nice one!

It was a great final-and a shame but we did so much better than we thought we would.
Funnily enough the video ref who dissallowed the try was an aussie (who was still smarting from 2weeks ago-clearly)

When he crashed into the camera, I had to laugh!

The people in the pub with me spent the whol second half laughing at Percy-everytime he got tackled/pushed over boards, hair ruffled and went down with injury we all had a good laugh.

I dont like the negative view point the news programmes are taking-they are making it sound like we were favourites and failed! We should be really proud of the team to come back like they did from that thrashing and get themselves through to the final when no one expected them to make it out of the group stage

I'm not sure why you'd laugh at Montgomery, the guy virtually won the game for S. Africa. The shove into the camera was one of the low points for me, and Flood was lucky to get away with it.

England outplayed and outfought the Boks for the first 60 minutes, but the Boks defended well and got the breaks. I haven't seen much UK news coverage of the game here, but I think I was most disappointed because we could, and perhaps should, have won the game, favourites or not.

because it was funny-he is quite poncey!

It really isnt a push more Flood using Percy to stop himself!

We did play well but we didnt fully execute our chances when we had them. But its done now so time to move on.....
