(slight problem though, as a quarter scottish and with a very scottish father i should be supporting them but I also think the Argentians deserve to go through as they really have played well in the tournament)
Not being funny Amy but if your Dad is Scottish why are you only a quarter Scottish?

Surely you are at least half Scottish?
Well my dad is actually half socttish half english, however he was born and brought up in Scotland and therefore he is Scottish! (i think he has lived in England longer than he lived in scotland but he is Scottish) Just like although i have a quarter Scottish in me, i was born and brought up in England therefore English!

Scotland were so close last night in the last 10mins, but te Argentianans played far better and deserved to go through!

How about a France Argentina final to give a feeling of symmetry to the whole tournament?

The France/England game is more evenly matched and really could go either way. For all their efforts so far I just can't see Argentina beating the boks. Looking forward to it.

I am absolutely devastated that the all blacks lost. we were in the pub next to the millenium stadium (i think.....) and were gutted that they lost....in fact i heard people speaking french today and it made me sad.
was in NZ at the start of the cup and there was SO much passion and hope, and i feel really sad :(

for that reason, I hope england beat france.

But at least it is a weekend.

We had the Japan/Korea football Waorld cup at equally ungodly hours.

4 minutes to kick-off and I'm still awake. Just hope and pray I'm not sloping off to bed an unhappy man by the half-time whistle...

FAN-BL**DY-TASTIC!!

What a game - incredible that England have got this far, and what a courageous fight they put up.

Not the most inspiring game, but I was edge-of-the-seat, downing a very nice bottle of red, and cheering for all I was worth....

Roll-on tomorrow night to find out our opponents, and roll-on next weekend!

WELL DONE ENGLAND!!
