Grace before and after meat are exactly how I remember them.
For the Carmen, verses 1-4 were the same, then:-
Mores honesti suppetant
Et utilis doctrina
Et litterarum gloria
Et recta disciplina
Artes palaestrae floreant
Per grtatum quae laborem
Et robur addunt corpori
Et robori decorem.*
Verse 7 as normal

I remember that the boys who came for Speech day were always surprised by what we were told was an extra verse. There would seem to be some truth in this because the words do not fit the tune, with the second half having to be repeated for the last verse.
