..i've seen "Racially aggravated violence" against a white person make it to the headlines and ITV news, though I have seen it happen

Unless this Government gives firm assurances on Immigration and Law and Order, you just watch the BNP make massive in-roads at the next election.

George Bush has seriously learnt his lesson in the Mid-Term elections by not performing and more importantly, by not listening to the electorate.

Living in Leicester we were constantly reminded of not being 'racist' to the Asian community-but it was totaly ok for them to be towards 'white'. Nearly every night out if any of my 'white' male friends started talking to an asian girl then all these blokes would start on him! I am not racist but it seemed silly it was one rule for us another for them.

I am awaiting a serious onlsought to this comment but all im saying is what i saw happen!

No onslaught from me. My daughter spent 4 years in Leicester and says much the same.

That is the point I was making. The one piece of credibility that the BNP had was the perception that white on black / coloured attacks were dealt with more severely than other races attacking whites.

The publicity given to the Lawrence and Walker cases relative to this one gave credence to that perception.

Thankfully that cannot now be said and a large plank of BNP propaganda has been discredited with this sentence and verdict.

no onslaught from me - I've also seen it happen and don't we see enough o9f it on TV - I'm ...... and THEREFORE I deserve better than those who (have white skin)

Incidentally Leicester's actually one of the safest places to be, because there's so many different groups of people in a relatively small area that no one group accede's dominance.

really? it may be safe in terms of no violence etc but I have not seen gang culture like that before between groups!
