well I am disappointed! The last time I heard it was at founders day dinner where we also said the housey grace, but I couldn't remember the motto. Well maybe it wasn't a motto but it was in latin and the OB's definitely were aware of it, but good effort chaps

Does anyone know the school latin motto?

Hello, I was wandering if anyone knows the latin motto because I have a peculiar interview that "what school you went to" is more important than what is on your CV. Furthermore, a translation into english would really be particularly helpful

No I would. Even when the rules had changed I still wore the uniform rather than be part of the fashion parades than are now a constant social battle for the kids there now

yes it is. the current set the school has is worth thousands and was donated from an old boy in his will. The set itself is a very ambitious horsham to bognor line going through a mountain and passing CH too. The site of the club is in the sheds behind the dt school

I was there for the changes in rules and it is a great shame I believe, the uniform was a great tradition now its just something that the kids wear when the school is in the public eye, bring back compulsory uniform for all, at all times

well the ground floor of the sicker has been turned into a mini-hertford to cater for the over spill of girls on the deps, it only housed about 10 but I remember fond memories of receiving some welcome visits while being in the sicker on the 1st floor

unfortunately, the new "MASTER PLAN" of the school has resulted in the back-ash's turning into car parks, and the great games of football or british bulldog of at least a 100 people are now just a memory, the track was the first to go
