Very eclectic indeed. St. Johns is a great venue, though, and I think that some high-profile 'musical' Old Blues will be invited to attend to lend support to the school's musical activities.englishangel wrote:Well there is 'Natural Woman' by Carole King.Richard Ruck wrote:

I'll be going along to this. Should be an interesting gig!
A very eclectic concert I would say.

I think so. St.Johns is much nicer, though.Great Plum wrote:I take it that this is the traditional 'Purcell Room Concert' being held at a different venue whilst they work out how to renovate that lump of concrete on the South Bank!
Re. The Purcell Room - the C.H. Dance Band played there in 1977 as part of a 'Music for Youth' festival. Good fun it was, too.

Her brother Christopher P Ennis was in Mid B when I was there. I'm sure their parents weren't thinking when they gave him his middle name.englishangel wrote:Catherine Ennis (6's 65-?) is at St Lawrence Jewry.Richard Ruck wrote:Very eclectic indeed.
