Interesting to see that Hove Crown Court is open, as there is some doubt as to whether Webb's case will proceed on schedule at Lewes.
The difficulty with trials is the need for social distancing which simply cannot be done in many court buildings.
The list for today shows: (i) no trials proceeding; and (ii) advocates appearing largely by video link with a few entries on the list looking ambiguous.
