Have had it confirmed that the trial started YESTERDAY 24th June 2019.

The jury has been sworn and the case opened to the jury.

Tuesday: Day Two. p.m. The trial is continuing this afternoon with the Prosecution outlining it's case.

Due to jury problems, they had to discharge the jury, select a new one and start again.

The victim's ABE (Achieving Best Evidence) video has been played to the jury which stands as his evidence in chief. Tomorrow he will be cross examined by Martin's barrister.
