Singing Old Blues
Are having their summer meeting on Thursday July 23rd. 14-15 of us have already signed up (almost the whole group!). We'll meet to sing for a couple of hours, then will have a picnic lunch. In the afternoon we hope to adjourn to the local Church (Wisborough Green) to 'perform' one or two of the morning pieces, to ourselves.
We are always happy to welcome new members and anyone interested in taking part on 23 July should PM me?

<sigh> - Now that's one of the (few) things I miss about the UK. What a lovely way to spend a summer's day. And where else...?

Shall we sing something just for you?

Re: Singing Old Blues
Right at this moment, Phil, (5.15 on a Monday afternoon) we seem to be experiencing a monsoon - torrential rain and thunder which happened quite suddenly - should we perhaps be coming to you for advice on how to handle it? Thankfully we had the chimney swept a couple of hours ago, so no longer get soot all over a pale grey carpet when this happens. Perhaps Kerren's Singing Old Blues should also tackle 'Raindrops keep falling on my head'?!

You'd be very welcome, Matt! Are you free for a sing and a picnic in Wisborough Green on July 23rd?

Re: Singing Old Blues
Are the Singing Old Blues planning any events this year? We are sometimes in Brighton and Kent and could swell numbers if dates fitted (and we were allowed)?
