So what do you see if you search for Great Plum or J.R. in the list, rather than just ordering?
i.e. is it just a formatting issue when it's ordering the list, or is it actually not returning some users?

I find it also has a disturbing tendency to duplicate posts.

Apart from that and the memberlist thingy, I am only getting emails from selected forums/threads/strings.
Not that it worries me as I tend to delete them and just check 'unread', which incidentally DO stay now rather than disappear when I click on the first one.

Out of the kindness of my heart, I went to have another look as it is still worrying JR. For me, when I searched for names beginning Kat I found Katharine there in the list so it must be a formatting problem.
I did not look for any other button grecians.

Yes , the users are there - it just seems unable to recognise that 3916 is a higher number of posts than 4!

If you stop at 999 you will be right at the top of the list, as it stands now, and nobody is likely to replace you then!

I can only assume that the upgrade to mySQL 5 may have had an affect.
The function that sorts the list just seems to be doing a text-sort, rather than a numeric sort.
The good news is that I've found the field that lets me change a user's post-count - so I'm open to bribes!
