DR always read the Telegraph.......but I would have thought The Times and The Telegraph.
It is definitely NOT too late.....I agree with Dave, that after the Memorial Service would be ideal........with photo of the service.Couldn't a rep.from the press be invited to the service ??.............and what about the local Hertford paper ( used to be The Mercury ).....so many people in the town knew her.
I also checked the paper for days after her death...never doubting that there would be an obituary..........there simply must be one.
