would be good to see you all there, for what will be the 1st of many Bard-Fests, and also a chance to see the theatre fully in the round!

Did I miss something? Has there been work done to the theatre?

I certainly don't recall the theatre ever being used in the round... I know the balconies go all th way around and one bit was taken out and put in the stage dock so there was a big entrance onto the stage. Whilst I was at school, no one could use the balconies 'behind' the stage as they were moveable and decreed unsafe. Since I left, I believe that the safety aspects have been sorted.

Didn't it get used in the full round for Boris Gudonov? That would have been in 1989/90 I think

I vaguely remember this or my memory's playing tricks on me, plus I think it was done for 'the Scottish play' when I was at CH.
