Sibling bursaries

My ds is at CH in the 3rd form, with a bursary. We have just started the application process for our dd, due to start 2014, if she gets in! Since our son started they have changed the way they calculate the bursary provision for new applicants including siblings (from sept 2012). Does anyone have any idea how they calculate how much more you can pay for a 2nd child? We don't want to put her through all the exams if we can't afford to pay & the admissions office is very vague on the subject. Many thanks.
