House Photographs - please help!

Post by huggermugger »

I have now discovered that at some point this term (I think before half term) House photos were taken and that parents can buy them. I saw one displayed in House when I went to pick up DS last week. However... in normal end-of-term scrum I forgot to go back and get details.

As far as I remember you have to order them via a website - I have looked on the CH website but no joy there. Does anyone have the details & if so, please could I have them? I presume these were done last year as well but I only saw the individual ones.

Btw - does anyone know if/when full school photos are done?

I thank you.... :)

thanks but

a) The Housemaster is now on holiday
b) I thought the school office would be closed...

and there are lots of other current parents who use this forum so I thought it might be a good way to find out - maybe not!

I'm sure the school office remains open, albeit on a reduced level, through school holidays.

The company who took the recent school photos were Tempest Photography but the problem you will have is that you will need the photo ID number which is unique to each child's photo and is printed on the proof that was given out.
Maybe if you contat the company they will be able to help you.

Thanks Laura - we didn't see proofs, so perhaps that's why I've got a problem... I do love the House system but it does mean that things vary quite a bit! (these were taken last October & I've only just found out about them...)

Ours seem to have been done by Team Photographers & you have to order them on the web, and you're right, we need the reference number but I've got it now - hoorah!

By the way, I solved this mystery - we had a house photo taken at the same time as an OB house reunion at the school, so obviously the housemaster took advantage of the photographer being there & got the current house done as well. That's why it was a one-off... there's always an explanation somewhere!
