Design, Film, Media the ARTS industries!

Hello all,
Myself and a few buddies are trying to get jobs in the film, design and media industries. We all studied at Teesside university together, and so have covered a vast array of skills between us.
I myself am more into the design aspects of work and am equally at home with a good still/motion camera.
If anybody could point us in the right direction, give advice, or even offer a job (wishful thinking) then that would be wonderful!!
