On-Hold music....

Post by jtaylor »

We were questioning a company's choice of on-hold music (poor xylophone music), and were then trying to think of appropriate and inappropriate music.

My first few:-
"I'm holding out for a hero" - Bonnie Tyler
"For the longest time" - Billy Joel
"I still haven't found what I'm looking for" - U2

Any other good/bad suggestions....?!?

Can't help with the music, but was on hold to Scottish Hydro-electric Power yestersday and the woman with the soft Scottish accent apologising for keeping me waiting almost made me want to stay on hold, definitely one of the best.
