Post any pictures of your time at CH, or pictures of people/places at CH now - what's changed over the past years? What's good/what's bad?

Chapel and Big School

Post by lulubee »

Just wondered if anyone has any good piccies of Chapel and Big School - inside and out - or the Quad area in general?
Need to get a sketch done from a good quality photo for wedding invitations.

Next June. we're getting married in the Chapel, and then the reception is in Big School. We're putting sketches of the chapel on the invites and order of service, and big school on the evening invites and menus. When are you getting married?

There's plenty of pictures around on the internet if you do an image search.
i went to Mr. Williams' wedding at CH because I was one of his tutees. He had strawberries and champagne outside dining hall, then various things round the back of theatre on big side.
Do they charge more than average venues for that type of event?

I'm getting married on May 27th next year - there is so much to do. There should be sketches of the main buildings about - have you tried Google?

Try http://www.Hybrid-Artworks.com
It is run by Charles Brierley-Howes (Staff 01-04) and I included a note on his site in the Summer 2004 Blue.
He sells but you never know what he might give away.
In the latest Blue we have a photo of a wedding that took place this year. Getting quite popular.

I've got one or two that might be useful; let me know if you still need them.
