I was a pupil at the time but must confess to having no recollection whatsoever of this concert.

A couple of years after my time, as the hair shows.. We would NEVER be allowed that length.

but JR and I did have such cravats as part of the uniform. I almost wish they were still fashionable - far better that some of those multicoloured multidesigned bow ties one sees on the goggle box
