Photo Scanning service - 10% discount for Old Blues and CH Forum users

Post by jtaylor »

I'm now running my own IT consulting and services company.
www.grovegeeks.co.uk

We've started a photo scanning service this year, scanning prints, negatives and slides, and converting VHS, VHS-C and digital 8mm tapes to jpg and Video files.
Once digitised, you can share the pictures and videos with family and friends, get re-prints, make DVDs etc and know that your memories are secure for the future in a non-degrading format.

We can also do digital photo repair - removing creases, colour cast, scratches, pencil/pen marks etc. etc.

We're offering a special 10% discount to any Old Blues or Forum members!

More details and pricing here:- www.grovegeeks.co.uk/photos

Do contact me with any questions.

'grovegeeks' Julian !

An interesting company name. Care to expand ? I checked with youngest g/daughter who is at uni, and she told me that in college-speak geek = nerd. I'll go no further.

Absolutely right - "we geek, so you don't have to!" - it's a little tongue-in-cheek in terms of a name, and is based on the village "Grove" where I live. We've got our name out there locally, and it's certainly grabbing attention!

Well, I'm glad thats sorted out.

I still can't get my head round all this 'yooof-speak' !

In my day, 'cool' was great. Apparently now, it means 'cr@p' or rubbish !!

How the younger generation change the rules.
